This page explains how I work, what I tattoo, my booking process and what I need from you if you would like to book.
Please read everything carefully before getting in touch or sending your booking information.
*Please note: Pricing & Booking fees & other information will be discussed in the email consultation
All consultations are handled by email. This is my preferred method because it gives me a written trail to refer back to during the design and booking process.
Please keep all emails in the same thread by replying to the original email.
I generally book around 3 months in advance. If you would like to book further ahead, this can sometimes be arranged..
Any short-notice cancellations or new availability will usually be posted on my Instagram story and in my Instagram channel: instagram.com/arronrawtattoo
Full Day Sitting – 11:00am – 6:00/7:00pm on average
I work in BLACK & GREY ONLY. A booking fee is required immediately to secure any date.
For conventions and travel dates, I prefer to take on free rein pieces, ideally across 2–3 day sittings.
Some dates may already be full or partly booked. Please check my Instagram for the latest availability.
The number of sessions needed depends on size, detail, placement, and how well you sit.
As a rough guide:
1. Full arm sleeve: around 5 full day sessions
2. Full chest: 2–3 full day sessions
3. Full back: around 6 full day sessions
4. Full leg: 7+ full day sessions
I usually recommend a minimum of 1 month between sessions for healing, unless you are booking multiple days back-to-back.
You can view my progress work on social media to see what is possible in a full day sitting.
Free rein means I have full artistic licence.
If you are open to free rein, please send three or more examples of MY WORK that you like. This gives me a direction to work from while still allowing me to create a custom piece for you.
Most of my clients choose this route.
Your artwork will be viewed on arrival at the studio. All design work is done in my own time, not during your tattoo session, usually the day before your first appointment.
Small alterations can be made to the design if needed.
If you have your own idea, please send a clear written description of the tattoo you would like.
I am open to a range of ideas, including portraits, animals, film, music, and other concepts etc.
You are welcome to send reference images. However, Please Do Not send images of other artists’ tattoos or AI-generated tattoo designs.
I do not copy other artists’ work. I create my own custom designs so you receive an original piece.

I am currently taking on cover ups again, including work not originally done by me.
If I agree to take on a cover up, I will usually need full control of the concept and design. Cover ups can be complex, and what a client wants is not always possible depending on the existing tattoo.
Some cover ups may require a second or third pass in certain areas.

If you are enquiring about hands, neck, throat, or head tattoos, please state your current tattoo coverage when you enquire.
This information will be discussed in the email consultation.

Your booking fee rolls over and is deducted from your final day session.
All booking fees are non-refundable.
